My favorite Horror movie villain is, hands down, Michael Myers, because his hunting grounds are suburban neighborhoods, and I love home invasions. I joined Krea.ai in 2024 and, after spending the majority of that time experimenting with my own serial killer archetypes and tropes, was very pleasantly surprised to discover that Google’s Imagen 4 model knows who Michael Myers is, mask and all. I simply got curious one evening in August 2025, typed Michael Myers into the prompt, and about 30 seconds later, voila. My eyes lit up and I’ve been going nuts exploring ideas ever since.
Sadly, I’ve yet to get Imagen to generate someone pinned to a wall – one of his two signature kills – but it’s proven effective at having him stalk, and I finally managed to simulate ligature stranglings. Mind you, the ligatures aren’t as high up on the neck as I’d like, but the fact that I’ve worked out a way to even get Imagen to generate such a pose feels like an accomplishment. It requires a bit of abstract thinking and breaking scenes down into individual elements to create the poses I want. Examples include:
- Thin wire wrapped around woman’s neck
- Michael’s clenched fists pressed against both sides of her neck
- Woman’s hands clawing at her neck
Michael first appeared in 1978. Having grown up on 80s Horror, I’m still fond of the fashion and designs of that period. Thankfully, Imagen excels at creating them. I also enjoy having him go after present-day victims. The gallery below represents both eras.
